The Celts’ new holiday special, ‘Christmas with The Celts,’ will air on 59 PBS stations nationwide starting December 2nd, with more carriers being added daily.
The special has just been released as a live DVD with accompanying studio CD on Celtic Isle Records (distributed by Universal/Pyramid Records).
Live Music Producer Amy Wolter worked with The Celts last year when their special was filmed in front of a sold-out audience in Celts’ frontman Ric Blair’s adopted hometown of Nashville, and features many special guests including Riverdance/Lord of the Dance piper Ivan Goff, singer Mairead Ni Mhaonaigh of famed Irish group Altan, The Gael String Orchestra, the Nashville Irish Step Dancers, and the Children’s Celtic Choir.
