After a seven-year hiatus, Audio Adrenaline kicked off its ChildFund International-sponsored tour this spring in Morganton, NC, and just finished up in Salina, KS.
Reaching over 30 US cities, the tour was not only rockin’ fun for everyone who attended, but was able to get sponsors for 769 children in need, thanks to the band’s efforts and responsive audiences!
The Christian rock band formed in the late 1980s and garnered two Grammy awards, multiple Dove Awards and 17 number-one singles. The band regrouped in 2012 with Kevin Max, formerly of dc Talk, as the new lead vocalist and just released a new album, Kings & Queens.
With Audio Adrenaline’s large fan base and strong opening acts of Group 1 Crew, Seventh Day Slumber and Manic Drive, ChildFund was excited to sponsor the band’s Kings & Queens tour.
Audio Adrenaline’s history of compassion for the poor and reaching out to help those in need is a natural fit for ChildFund to connect with audiences across the country about child sponsorship and how it changes the lives of children who live in poverty.
