Getting Your Songs Tight
How tight or strong are your songs live and in the studio, and how well are you practicing them?
As you want to make sure your stage presence is strong and drawing the crowd in to you and your music, you want to make sure the music is strong and the band is tight, connected and together in the best ways possible.
All too often, bands and artists skimp on the most effective ways to practice, address trouble spots in songs, or forget about issues that come up.
A couple very easy things to do after a show (as well as in the practice room) are to not only practice the songs through from start to end, but to also correct rough spots by applying a couple different effective methods.
