Congratulations to singer/songwriter Francesca Battistelli on the release of her sophomore project, Hundred More Years!
Many of the new songs on this CD were inspired by the variety of personal experiences she’s had in the last two and a half years since her debut album, My Paper Heart.
In addition to being Christian genre’s reigning Female Vocalist of the Year, Franny has been nominated for numerous Dove Awards, topped Christian radio charts, criss-crossed the United States on tour, was nominated for a Grammy, and if that wasn’t already exciting enough, she also got married, relocated from Nashville to Atlanta and just last year, gave birth to her son, Matthew.
Tom Jackson recently worked with Francesca to help her prepare for the spectacular Winter Jam tour (consistently one of the top 5 tours first quarter in North America according to Pollstar).
Live Music Producer Amy Wolter, who has worked with one-on-one with her in the past, attended Franny’s new CD release party this week and commented: “She has such a likable personality onstage and great songwriting talent – I hope to be able to with her and her new band on this latest material!”
Best wishes from everyone at Tom Jackson Productions for continued success to Francesca Battistelli, her band, and her new family!
