Video Critiques
Have you been wanting a practical way to get quick feedback and an evaluation of your performance?
Upload a video of you onstage and we will critique your performance over the phone. Here’s how the process works:
- Upload a video to the site of your choice (YouTube, MySpace, etc.) for us to review
- We’ll send you a performance survey to find out what you want to work on. Do you need help with song order and selection? With being comfortable onstage? On how to create moments with your songs? We want to make sure you get what you need to connect with YOUR audience!
- Then one of our qualified Live Music Producers will review your video, assess your performance, and contact you to arrange a telephone conference time.
- They’ll send you a Critique and Recommendation Form for you to use during the phone conference to take notes yourself.
- Conferences typically last up to 45 minutes (for the Review Package) and up to 90 minutes (for the Concert Package). During that time, our Live Music Producer will give you specific ideas for improving your show, focusing on your individuality. You’ll also have a chance to ask questions, and we’ll give you a list of great resources to help your performance.
We’ve got two packages for you to choose from:
Video Critique Review Package
We’ll watch 1-4 songs of your choice from a video upload. You’ll receive an overall critique on your performance, touching on the things you need the most help with. This will be a general critique with overall suggestions for improvement.

Video Critique Concert Package
We will watch a full concert video (5-9 songs) and provide an in-depth critique of your performance. Depending on your needs we’ll cover such topics as set list, developing moments in your songs, movement, speaking to the audience, transitions, and more.
