There’s No Quick Way
“What are your goals? What do you hope to accomplish?”
These are two of the questions we ask everyone who calls or emails and asks for help with their show.
And we ask those same questions of the artists and bands who are going to attend our Bootcamps and workshops.
Invariably, we get some answers hinting at this idea: “when I walk out, I’m going to have it all together as a performer!” Of course, that’s not exactly what they say… but sometimes it’s pretty close.
I wish it could be that simple: Take a workshop and “have it all together.” Rehearse a few hours with a Live Music Producer and be a great performer.
I’ve thought about getting a magic wand or a special pill I could give to artists, but I just haven’t found anything that works – so I’m down to this: Learn it, then work. Work! That’s it. … Read More, Watch, Comment – Backstage Pass Required
